answers and compares them with suggested answers.

to organize ideas in outline form using concept maps.
Good for analyzing relationship between ideas in
reading, improving comprehension and critical reading

wide range of readings so students can practice strategies for: Skimming, Making
inferences, recognizing main ideas, and Identifying supporting details. Several
levels of difficulty to choose from. |

Weaver: Comprehension

is read. Provides practice lessons that use a variety
of approaches to ensure mastery of vocabulary words

Assesses individual students’ or whole class’s preferred learning
and study styles (9 categories). Recommends optimum teaching strategies to play
to that student’s or class’s strengths. Shows results in graph format. |

Program asks students questions about their study time habits and attitudes.
Report based on the student’s responses illustrates areas student can improve
